Getting to Vienna for carnival

If this is your first Vienna Carnival, no worries — we got you covered with all the travel basics. Whether you flying in from the islands, the States, or somewhere in Europe, Vienna is easy to reach and even easier to navigate once you land.

Arrival by Train: Look for trains that arrive at Wien Hauptbahnhof, Vienna Central Station. 

Already in Europe? Landed at a different European city? Then consider the train game — Vienna is super-connected by rail to major cities like Germany, Italy, and Hungary.

Book through ÖBB (Austrian Railways) or use Trainline.eu for easy reservations.
