Destination: Kingstown, St. Vincent & the Grenadines
Carnival Dates: June 26 – July 7, 2026
Parade Dates: July 6–7, 2026

Where to Stay: Castries is the main base for Carnival events. Rodney Bay is a strong alternative if you want restaurants, marina vibes, and easier group-trip energy.

Where to Stay: Downtown Brooklyn, Crown Heights, Prospect Heights, and Boerum Hill all give you strong subway access to Eastern Parkway and events across the borough.

Where to Stay: Airport-area hotels keep you central for arrivals, departures, and most events. Doral and downtown Miami also work depending on your fete schedule.

Miami Carnival = one of the biggest Caribbean Carnival weekends in the United States. A spread-out weekend with multiple events — hotel location matters here more than most.

Where to Stay: Downtown Montreal and the Old Port put you closest to the parade route and Place du Canada.

Caribana= one of the largest Caribbean Carnival celebrations in North America.

Where to Stay: Notting Hill, Paddington, Bayswater, Kensington, and Shepherd’s Bush all work well. Anywhere with strong Tube access is the move — Carnival weekend in London is not the time to be far from the action.

Notting Hill Carnival = Europe’s biggest Caribbean Carnival — and one of the largest street festivals in the world.
The golden rule: book as soon as your Carnival is confirmed.
For island Carnivals — Crop Over, Antigua, Spicemas, St. Lucia, Vincy Mas — hotel inventory is limited and prices move once the season heats up. For big city Carnivals — Miami, Toronto, Brooklyn, Notting Hill, Rotterdam — location is everything. The closer you are to the parade route, the faster those spots go.
